Value Stream Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the production (manufacturing and assembly) of products within their operation, ensuring both quality and timely delivery. This role guarantees the achievement of the operational and financial objectives established by the organization. Additionally, it involves projecting the monthly progress of each area along with its process capacity, and implementing strategies aligned with sales targets and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and ensure compliance with production plans to guarantee demand fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Design, analyze, and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports that represent business performance.
