**A Day in the Life**
The Value Stream Manager (VSM) is accountable for the day‑to‑day performance of an assigned value stream and serves as the primary onsite Tier 3 leader. This role provides visible leadership, drives execution, and maintains a strong sense of operational urgency to ensure the site continues progressing in a positive, results‑focused direction.
