Job Description
Job Summary Vascular Technologist performs non-invasive vascular ultrasound and blood pressure studies. Main Duties And Responsibilities - Comply and adhere to the department's in-service vascular training schedules and programs in acquiring knowledge and skills to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound and non-invasive vascular studies for diagnostic of peripheral vascular disease and other vascular abnormalities.
- Generate written and diagram reports on the findings acquired.
- Ensure that the vascular works are carried out properly as stated in the protocols for ultrasound and other non-invasive procedures.
- Complete all training assignments as scheduled by the senior vascular technologist.
- Perform non-invasive vascular testing under supervision by vascular/senior vascular technologist and vascular doctors.
- Provide education and counseling service to patients.
