At ASTEK Iberia , we are currently looking for a Veeva Vault Application Integrator to join a dynamic digital innovation team in the pharmaceutical sector .

You will join a team responsible for ensuring the performance, integration, and compliance of Veeva Vault applications supporting key business functions such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
• Manage incidents, service requests, and system evolutions
• Ensure system validation and compliance, especially during releases
• Maintain and enforce platform governance processes
• Perform data loading activities using Vault Loader / TMF Transfer
• Contribute to integration with enterprise systems (identity, data flows, etc.)
• Support ongoing build and deployment projects
