POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain accurate records of all new vehicle stock
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory at all times
- Capture vehicle details on the system (e.g., VIN numbers, engine numbers, specifications)
- Reconcile stock between physical vehicles and system records
- Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics departments regarding vehicle movements
- Track incoming and outgoing vehicles, including transfers between branches
- Ensure all vehicles are invoiced correctly and timeously
