We are looking for a Vendor Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is accountable for execution and oversight of work managed by the Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) Department.

As a Vendor Support Technician, a typical day might include the following:

+ Sponsoring and escorting vendor technicians into utility spaces, lab areas, and process areas, including gowning into classified and controlled spaces.
+ Reviewing work record documentation and vendor provided documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance, and providing feedback to Facilities technicians, contractors, and other internal or external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
+ Working with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Quality Control teams (among others) to coordinate and ensure completion of FMM managed work (preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting activities, repair and calibration).
