About The Role

We are looking for a confident and capable Venue Operations Manager responsible for the operational planning and delivery of events and activities within our venues. Working as part of the Venue Operations Management team, this role combines operational planning, hands‑on delivery, and day‑to‑day leadership of event teams, ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role works closely with Event Managers and operational stakeholders to develop operational event plans, coordinate resources, and manage event‑day operations. It also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, operational leadership, and the development of team members.

This is a rostered position operating within a seven‑day business and requires flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
