Verification test engineer (Contract)

Job Description


  • Hands-on Lab Verification Experience (3+ years)
  • Should have worked directly in a lab performing verification tests for medical devices.
  • Instrumentation & Measurement Skills
  • Practical experience using:
  • Flowmeter
  • Pressure transducer
  • Oscilloscope
  • Basic dimensional measurement tools
  • Force, flow, and pressure measurement techniques
  • Standards Knowledge (Basic)
  • IEC 60601-1
  • IEC
  • ISTA
  • Label verification requirements
  • Documentation
  • Ability to create verification protocols, test scripts, test reports, and traceability.
  • Technical Background
  • Mechanical engineering foundation
  • Good practical understanding of medical device verification processes
  • Basic statistics knowledge (e.g., GR&R, sampling concepts; tools like Minitab)
