Boeing Global Services is looking for a Senior Customer Success Management Specialist to support our Technical Operations and Airplane Integration lines of business. This role will be based in Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Build strong business relationships with all key stakeholders including customers and business owners.
• Foster internal partnerships with the Go-to-Market team (Sales Directors, Solution Architects, Services Leads, Field Service Representatives, Engagement Managers, Solution Consultants) for assigned accounts.
• Report and elevate issues to leadership to maintain transparency about client successes.
