As a veterinary pathologist you will be responsible for the preparation, examination, and interpretation of tissue samples to support accurate diagnosis, research outcomes, and animal health monitoring. The role provides expert guidance on tissue sampling, fixation, processing, staining, and microscopic evaluation to ensure high quality, reproducible results. You will contribute to scientific integrity, support welfare-driven decision making, and ensure compliance with relevant laboratory, regulatory, and ethical standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct detailed microscopic evaluation of tissues and record findings accurately and consistently.
• Diagnose pathological changes, identify infectious, inflammatory, neoplastic, and degenerative conditions, and report them clearly to stakeholders.
