Role Summary

As the bridge between strategy and execution, you will own and coordinate the delivery and adoption of associate impacting technology changes across the enterprise, ensuring the changes are planned, communicated, executed and sustained with appropriate stakeholder engagement and measurement. You will own the roadmap for enterprise-wide initiatives that move the needle on driving associate satisfaction and productivity through digital transformation, innovation and proactive change management.

This role sits within the IT organization and is responsible for driving a portfolio of enterprise initiatives that materially affect the associate experience across the organization.
