**Vice President**:
Kongsberg Gruppen seeks an experienced Vice President to join its Program Management team in shaping the maritime future by identifying and supporting future growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify growth opportunities in emerging ocean spaces, perform initial evaluations, prioritization, and business case development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including prospective clients, partners, and senior executives.
- Support the realization of sanctioned growth initiatives beyond approval processes and into operation.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in project management, strategic evaluation tools, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with M&A, partnership processes, and organic strategies.
- Strong industry knowledge and market understanding.
