Vice President, People Business Partner (VP PBP) – Africa Division.
Role: Drive strategic and operational management of all HR activities within the Division, attracting, motivating, and retaining high‑calibre talent in line with Mastercard Talent Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support business management teams to achieve business goals through the implementation and adjustment of corporate/regional HR strategies, initiatives, guidelines, processes and systems.
- Act as strategic partner, change agent and partner with senior management teams to assess HR impacts based on market business plans to transform the organization into a high‑performing company.
