The Role
This position will manage and lead all aspects of development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets enhancement initiatives across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.
Job Responsibilities
To manage the development works to be on time, within budget, highest quality and safety standards.Ability to manage the in-house team/consultants for all design/ procurement/ project management aspects from feasibility, design, procurement and construction stage till project completion and handover.Well versed with authority submission process and regulatory requirements in Japan.Lead team on design during feasibility study and project costs estimate.
