**About this role**

At BlackRock, the Regulatory Disclosure Operations team works alongside legal, product and financial reporting units to prepare prospectuses and other regulatory documents for mutual funds and ETFs. The team drives the on-time delivery of precise and detailed regulatory filings from the beginning of each fund. We accomplish this through building scalable procedures to accommodate BlackRock’s growing suite of products and by coordinating both in-house and outside collaborators.

As a member of the regulatory disclosure operations team, you are integral to the core workflow of producing prospectuses. Our role is to ensure that these documents contain accurate and relevant qualitative and quantitative information for investors’ decision making.
