Vice President, Strategy & Performance Management

Responsible for providing monitoring, reporting and support to Department Head on budget and NIA planning.

• Preparation and management of department’s annual NIA (CAPEX) and OPEX budget, costing, payments, SLA and cost allocations.
• Adequacy, accuracy and timeliness of business performance reporting to Management.
• Prepare regular as well as adhoc reporting and presentation decks, sourcing the relevant information and feedback from the respective stakeholders.
• Manage projects including tracking of timeline, monitor project status, issues, risks and change request to ensure projects meet its goals and intended scope within allocated budget. Ensure project is properly closed upon completion.
• Facilitate resolution of issues and escalate unresolved issues if necessary to ensure issues and risks are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
