Job Purpose

This role is responsible for governing the digital channel wealth user experience for both clients and staff. This position ensures a harmonized, coherent, and best‑in‑class digital experience across core wealth pillars (Product & Execution, Advisory, Servicing, Onboarding), driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment with DBS's vision for world‑leading financial platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Establish governance frameworks for wealth user experience across client and staff channels, ensuring alignment and coherence across all core wealth pillars.
