Role Summary

As the Video Editing Team Lead at Swan Studio, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Filipino video editing team. This is not a hands‑on editing role or a bottleneck review position. Instead, you will own the standards, systems, feedback loops, and performance tracking that ensure each editor consistently delivers work to the level we expect.

You will work closely with our Sydney‑based founders, Creative Director, and Client Servicing Lead to translate creative direction and feedback into clear expectations, skill development, and continuous improvement across the editing team.
