Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for WeTV's social media channels, ensuring compelling storytelling, strong visual appeal, and seamless pacing.
• Identify and extract the most engaging, emotionally resonant, or buzz-worthy moments from C-Drama episodes — whether it's a swoon-worthy romantic scene, a plot twist, a meme‑able reaction, or a visually stunning sequence.
• Adapt content for platform‑specific formats and algorithms (e.g., TikTok vertical videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, carousel posts), optimizing hook points, captions, music, and pacing to maximize reach and engagement.

Cultural & Content Sensibility

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of C‑Drama content , including genre conventions (costume dramas, modern romance, xianxia, etc.), popular tropes, fan culture, and what drives audience excitement and sharing behavior.
