Key responsibilities include: - Training and mentoring Singapore-based real estate agents on Vietnam property market dynamics, sales strategy, and buyer engagement for Vietnamese land and property
- Accompanying agents and client groups on live property survey trips to Vietnam, demonstrating sales methodology and client advisory on‑site across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Sapa
- Reading, interpreting, and explaining Vietnamese Cadastral Maps (Bản đồ địa chính) for specific land parcels to both agents and prospective buyers
