Position Overview

Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that enhance brand identity, improve customer experience, and drive product visibility and sales across LYD venues and retail spaces.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or brand presentation
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, retail layout, and customer flow
• Ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store displays and product presentations
• Experience coordinating window displays, product styling, and seasonal merchandising setups
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics, composition, and space
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, retail, and design teams to execute campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple locations or projects and adapt displays based on performance or feedback
