Location: London Area, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across Zoom Phone, CXOne, and Cisco CUCM to ensure voice quality and operational efficiency
- Use SIP trace analysis and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot call flow, latency, jitter, and dropped calls
- Configure and maintain voice services including call routing, IVRs, queues, and user provisioning
- Manage ticketing workflows in ServiceNow for incident tracking, resolution, and change management
- Collaborate with IT, network engineering, and customer support teams for platform integrations and escalations
