Broker Partnership Development

Identify, approach, and close formal partnership agreements with top Indian stockbrokers — starting with the top 10 by active client base (Zerodha, Angel One, Groww, ICICI Direct, Upstox, and others).

Build and maintain a robust broker partnership pipeline; track progress from first contact through signed agreement and live activation.

Commercial Negotiation
·

Structure and negotiate revenue-sharing, referral, white-label, and API-licensing agreements with partners.

Manage ongoing commercial terms, performance reviews, and contract renewals to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term alliances.
