Reporting to the Head of Convergence Services, this role is part of a high-impact, SWAT-style transformation unit focused on solving UOB’s most complex cross-functional challenges. The role supports deep diagnostic reviews across Business and Support Units and contributes to identifying structural root causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Platform and Network Services Growth – collaborate with business units to develop platform and on-demand service use cases; support partner onboarding activities, including integration, testing, and deployment readiness; contribute to expanding ecosystem connectivity and network-service capabilities.
