Role Overview
We are looking for a senior techno-functional leader with strong experience in banking engineering, delivery, and solution design . The role requires a blend of hands-on solution design, team leadership, and customer engagement .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product-base engineering and delivery of banking solutions (Lending) for Tier-1 Bank
- Work closely with clients on solutioning, techno-functional consulting, and presales
- Own client delivery , including functional requirements, non-functional requirements and scalability
- Manage large engineering teams and ensure high-quality delivery
- Engage in customer discussions, POCs, and technology positioning
- Support due diligence and product evaluations where required
