PERSOL APAC is seeking a Vice President, External Manufacturing, to define and execute the external manufacturing strategy. This senior role includes managing contract manufacturers and outsourced partners to ensure the successful industrialization of photonics products. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of operational leadership, extensive experience with CMs and OSATs, and strong technical and negotiation skills. A Master’s degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or PhD is preferred. The position is located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
