Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead the full spectrum of Finance activities, spanning financial reporting, consolidation, analysis, business partnering and internal controls. You will also be actively involved in business process re‑engineering initiatives, with an immediate priority to transform their Finance operations and elevate operational efficiency. In addition, you will work closely with the Commercial teams and provide sound financial counsel to drive strategic business growth, capital investments and business performance.
You are a qualified CA with 20+ years of relevant experience, ideally gained in retail and/or consumer-facing industries.
