Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Strategy & Transformation - Define and execute Dubai Holding’s enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy aligned to business growth and digital ambitions
- Lead large-scale transformation of legacy environments into modern, cloud-native and hybrid platforms
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies ensuring security, scalability, and operational consistency
