The Role:

A Nordic data centre developer is building out its commissioning function from the top — and needs a VP to own it. This is the senior commissioning seat, client-side, accountable for Cx strategy and delivery across a growing campus portfolio.

• Own the commissioning function end to end — strategy, standards, process and team
• Client-side leadership across a multi-site Nordic pipeline, not a single project
• Set the L1–L5 methodology, scripts and governance the whole programme runs on
• Build and lead the Cx team as the portfolio scales
• The senior point of contact across operators, CxA, GCs, consultants and vendors
