KeyResponsibilities RelationshipManagement & Origination - Manage a portfolio of assigned financial sponsor clients, acting as a primary point of contact
- Support senior RMs in developing strategic coverage plans and deepening sponsor relationships
- Proactively originate financing opportunities linked to sponsor acquisitions, refinancings, and portfolio company needs
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities across loans, capital markets, cash management, FX, derivatives, and treasury services
TransactionExecution - Work closely with Credit, Product, and Coverage teams to structure financing solutions aligned to client needs and risk appetite
- Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of sponsor‑led transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, and recapitalisations
