Key Responsibilities - Client Management & Growth
- Build trusted relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies
- Drive revenue growth by positioning the company’s full suite of offerings
- Act as the single point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions
- Represent the company at insurance industry events
- Identify and articulate competitive differentiators to influence expansion
- Manage account budgets, profitability, and contract governance
- Support SOW/MSA updates, billing cycles, and invoicing
- Ensure timely financial hygiene and client alignment
