- Operation of carriage rail services, in accordance with authorised instructions applicable to Train Managers.
- Be safety conscious and proactive regarding safety issues
- Issuing of tickets and collection of revenue.
- Train operations including coupling trains and preparing them for service.
- Complete and submit reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Effectively handle concerns raised by customers.
- Promote Transdev's services by demonstrating excellence in customer service.
