What you will be doing

• Greet and welcome guests with confidence in a friendly manner and high standard of social skills.
• Take the guest food and beverage orders share menu recommendations and inform of any special promotions.
• Take time and get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence.
• Provide service that is sincere warm and enthusiastic ensuring the guests satisfaction.
• Forward the guest orders to kitchen team for preparation and ensure the food orders are made correctly by the chefs and looks presentable for guests.
• Prepare the bill when guests requested.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens.
• Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
