Job Description
Working Hours - Mon – Fri: 7:30am – 5:15pm

Job Descriptions - Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch of healthcare products
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of products in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company SOPs
- Perform regular stock and cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Monitor product shelf life and enforce First‑Expiry‑First‑Out (FEFO) and First‑In‑First‑Out (FIFO) inventory management principles
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, and Sales) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Manage product returns, quarantine, and disposal processes in accordance with healthcare regulatory requirements
