Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation (DO, invoices, etc.)
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics, and suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and audits
  • Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and discrepancies
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly filed
  • Handle data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Assist in resolving inventory or shipment issues
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

  • Min SPM and above
  • Have experience in Warehouse/Logistics would be added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
