Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system
- Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation (DO, invoices, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics, and suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and audits
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and discrepancies
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly filed
- Handle data entry and administrative support tasks
- Assist in resolving inventory or shipment issues
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Min SPM and above
- Have experience in Warehouse/Logistics would be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
