Overview

• Responsible for the implementation of the standard procedures in receiving and releasing the merchandise including the monitoring of the performance of both regular and agency hired personnel to ensure positive results in the Main and Regional Distribution Centers.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees all warehouse-related functions including inventory, physical distribution, maintenance and record keeping as well as related functions, and the timely dispatch of sales invoice, transfer receipt of stocks and requests, efficient monitoring of in-house vehicles, objective and economical choice of forwarders, and control of stocks at all times.
• Ensures that shipment or delivery delays and claims due to damage or pilferages are coordinated to Shipping Lines and Forwarders immediately.
