Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company's system.
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track order status and provide updates to customers.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
• Address customer issues and resolve problems related to orders
• Processing of DR in System
• Filing of Documents
• Confirming accuracy of orders and closing in system
• Lead and be responsible with System Related transactions
• Pulling orders from MP Platform

Qualifications

• Computer Literate
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• High school diploma or suitable equivalent
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role
