Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee and optimize our warehouse inventory and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing stock, conducting regular counts, and handling basic shipping and receiving tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency. You will act as the inventory gate‑keeper for R&D and production, meaning all inventory requests in and out will run through you.

Duties

• Inventory Cycle counts: Count and record the inventory for our fiscal year end audit
• Stock Organization: Ensure all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible and organized in shelves
• Documentation: Manage records of inventory movements while encountering during the counting process
