Effectively plan, direct, and coordinate all warehouse and inventory control activities, including inbound and outbound product flow. Delegate responsibilities to supervisors and team leads to achieve safe, productive and economical storage, handling, and distribution while meeting company profit and ROI goals. Supervise and coordinate the inventory control department to ensure physical and system inventory accuracy; keep warehouse profiling up to date. Lead all warehouse supervisors, team leads, and their teams; ensure regular supervisor reviews and support for safety, productivity and quality standards. Utilize labor planning tools; plan person‑hour allocation, set production schedules, and establish work procedures.
