Job Description
- Managing the warehouse in line with the companys standards.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
