JD Vanguard Program is a strategic talent supply chain project of JD.com, aiming to build a team of young talent embodying the JD spirit and deeply rooted in frontline operations. With the phased goal of cultivating grassroots managers, it ultimately nurtures mid-level managers who understand frontline operations and can drive strategic implementation. Job Responsibilities
