Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision & Management: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, track goods, and coordinate with other departments for smooth stock flow.
- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and handle all related documentation.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
