Responsibilities - Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Supervise, organize and direct warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with installers to meet installation requirements.
- Collaborate with Order fulfillment/SVC team members on inventory items to meet scheduling requirements.
- Provide daily reporting to leadership on job and inventory status.
- Identify process bottlenecks and identify solutions in a timely manner. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse according to OSHA standards.
- Direct workflow to satisfy production requirements efficiently with customer satisfaction being primary.
- Manage the unloading/loading of product and consumables from trucks and disposal of trash. - Implement and manage cycle count program ensuring inventory accuracy. Reconcile inventory counts.
