We’re looking for an experienced Programme Lead to lead the delivery of a major Warehouse Transformation and Automation Programme . This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for transforming warehousing operations through the implementation of advanced automation and integrated systems.

The Role

You’ll lead a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end warehouse transformation – from finalising the plan through to implementation, go-live and benefits realisation. This includes large-scale automation solutions such as AS/RS, shuttles, conveyors, robotics, and WMS/WCS integration.

You’ll be accountable for delivering safe, compliant, and high-performing solutions that significantly improve capacity, efficiency, accuracy, service, and cost performance .
