• 3–5 years of experience in water cooled centrifugal chillers

• Strong technical knowledge of water-cooled centrifugal chillers.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and piping diagrams.

• Experience with control systems including proprietary chiller control panels and BMS integration.

• Skilled in using tools like refrigerant analyzers, megohm testers, vibration analyzers, and digital pressure/temperature gauges.

• Understanding of chiller efficiency KPIs (kW/TR, COP, etc.).

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
