- Gate quality via technical acceptance (API contracts, error handling, security/privacy); own UAT and release management (flags, canaries, rollback)
- Track product KPIs (activation, tx success rate, custody approval SLAs, KYT false-positive rate) and drive improvement
30% Platform Operations - Plan EKS patching/upgrades; manage autoscaling, quotas, and FinOps
- Keep Terraform tidy (PR reviews, state/backends, drift prevention) and GitHub Actions fast/reliable
