Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Welcome Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent) takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
