Summary

As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. We’re looking for someone to work within a bustling atmosphere who can engage with people and share their passion for the National Trust’s cause.

Salary: £13.25 per hour 

Contract/duration: Permanent

Hours/working pattern: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 800 hours per year, on a varied rota across 7 days. We're at our busiest when the public is as its leisure, so please expect to work some weekends and some national holidays.
