We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to join a growing team. This role involves welding, repairing, and modifying metal racks, along with supporting general production operations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding, accounting for approximately 50% of daily tasks
• Repair and modify metal racks to meet specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate weld assemblies
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment (manual and automatic)
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into position for final welding
• Inspect finished welds and perform spot repairs as needed
• Evaluate returned materials and assist with repair/modification assessments
