**Job Scope:**

+ Modify industrial ovens
+ Replace panels
+ Install insulation
+ Fit new components

**Requirements:**

+ Welding & fabrication experience
+ Experience reading blueprints
+ Must be proficient with hand tools & measuring equipment
+ Industrial equipment modification experience
